Don't Tell Grandma Sunday October 31, 2010 (51)

Thanks for visiting. I usually do this comic in a paniked marathon session on Saturday night and early Sunday morning. This Saturday night there will be six grandchildren here for a "Slumber" party. This comic was created in advance, ready to post on the correct day.
Next Sunday marks the completion of one year with a full color DTG comic posted every Sunday. I am now convinced that I can handle a deadline.
See ya Wednesday with a new "Snipe" comic.
How would you like to have The "Snipe" sent to you as a subscription 3 times each week?

The "Snipe" (16) Wednesday, October 27, 2010

Hello to ya. I'm glad you are visiting today.  I have a grandson who will be convinced that I did this particular comic for him. (I also did it for everybody else, but let's let that be our little secret).
Since Halloween is coming, I thought a monster would be cool.
When I was growing up, I had a paper route that I delivered on Wednesdays. There were 360 customers on my route and I swear it rained every Wednesday from 1964 to 1969. No need to check with the National Weather Service because they would only lie to you about that. Since I do the "Snipe" comic for Wednesday publication and it is raining today, it made me remember the paper route. See you soon.

I don't know if this is how all people think in this situation, but I must confess this sometimes runs through my brain.

Thanks for visiting Bob Lilly's Comics and Stories. This has been around about a year and there is lots of content on the sute.

Don't Tell Grandma Sunday October 10, 2010 (48)

Welcome to 10-10-10.  What a goofy date. I became a teen ager on 6-6-66. That was also the last day of school that year. Big Deal!
I had a pretty good visit with my long time friend Dave yesterday and was flattered to talk with someone who could actually tell me about the "Snipe" and Don't Tell Grandma".
I hope some of you are reading my comics for the first time today. There are 48 Don't Tell Grandma comics on this site and about a dozen of the"Snipe".  Just scroll down to see the recent stuff and open the month by month archive tabs on the right to see the older comics.
When I learn how to do it, I'll make this easier to navigate. I like easy to navigate comics sites like Penny Arcade and PVP.
